Allow me to begin by complimenting CISS and its ‘leadership’ for making the Centre, in a very short time, as the ‘vanguard’ of some of the best ideas, solutions and publications on strategic affairs.
The intellectual contributions by CISS are indeed valuable and help ‘enrich’ and ‘shape’ our strategic thinking, which is ‘essential’ to meeting the complex ‘contemporary’ and ‘emerging’ strategic challenges that ‘Pakistan faces’ or ‘will face’ in future.
